Two issues:

[ ] Despite the resolution being decreased by {20,20}, the window is still set to {600,480}.
[x] I got the borderless hack to apply, but the style was restored to bordered a moment later.

Curious if the taskbar being hidden is what causes that. Or maybe an odd resolution or scaling? Or a third party theme? Or classic theme?

Given the border will be hidden and unhidden repeatedly.

The "style revert" issue no longer occurs on my setup. I still don't know why the borderless style doesn't apply at all for some people.
