A couple of things vex the bulk of ONI guards, this would be two simple solutions. One, resprite a Marine backpack and make it black, call it the ONI Guard backpack, because ONI guards have to steal bags from researchers at the moment. Two, give their armory a heavy weapons vendor (that they can actually access without needing to hack it) and an attachment vendor instead of random guns on racks that they can already get in their weapons vendors. The main desire for a heavy weapons rack is to have a counter for wraiths and such when the UNSC are too slow or unavailable to respond to an attack. Any other QoL improvements you can come up with would be appreciated.
