Description of issue

When equipped in the belt or suit storage slot, the spike grenade will show up as a giant blue x.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

The expectation is i'd not see a giant blue x.

Steps to reproduce

Place spike grenade in belt or suit storage slot.

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur

Unknown

A problem with the icon state naming probably. Note: same problem with brute flags.
