DMR refuses to fire after loading in a new magazine in Stranded #3536

Description of issue

the DMR does not fire ever again once it expends its current magazine and a new magazine is loaded, on Stranded.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

DMR should be able to fire again once it has a new magazine inserted.

Steps to reproduce

Grab loaded DMR fire until empty load new magazine try to fire DMR click click click

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur

after the DMR Entity Penetration change -->

Client version, Server revision & Game ID

turns out the DMR Mags all have spent shells in stranded
