Compatibility with ComicManager Plug-In #126

The ComicPress Manager Plug-In (Comicpress.org) associates comics posted
with the date, not as images in the post. 

Therefor, when LJ-xp creates a LiveJournal post, there is no content (aside
from the footer/header and subject line).

Would love it if LJ-xp could find and post the ComicPress images to
LiveJournal!
