"Do not crosspost" option doesn't work #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Set option "If no crosspost setting is specified for an individual post" to 
"Do not crosspost" value
2. Publish new post with "Crosspost?" option set to "Crosspost"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect crossposting but nothing happens.

What version of the plugin are you using? What version of WordPress?

wordpress 3.5.2
plugin 2.3.3
