Minimally functional data structure / db serialization

• [x] UUID (util-linux's libuuid for now)
• [x] path to content on-disk
• [x] content size in bytes
• [x] content hash (openssl's sha.h for now)
• [X] load balance across directories (use the first few characters of the hash to create subdirectories) (b1d4f810a0fbd7f5eeeec1fed8e5d03a477afb99)
• [X] time created (SQLite's select strftime('%s', 'now', 'utc');)
