When running pbpst while the swap db / lockfile is present, the path printed to the swap db is incorrect #34

Namely, it repeats the parent directory of the swap db twice. This happens because we used to be manually finding the name of the parent directory; but a while back, we merged tihs code so that the swp_db_name variable in pbpst_db.c would correctly refer to the whole path.
