Numbers should allow for "+" #6

When doing internships there is no reason why you cannot apply for one overseas especially with the covid pandemic allowing for online internships. It stands to reason that your point of contact would also be abroad. Therefore it does make sense to allow for the "+" symbol as it is the standard way to add a country code to a number.

With the rise of online internships this can cause a serious issue as without the "+" it will not connect to a valid phone number.

You do not actually need to dial the '+' when calling an overseas number. Please refer to screenshot on how you can input overseas numbers in our app. Nevertheless, we accept that it is clearer and more convenient to be able to input a plus sign in the phone number for convenience sake. Thus we believe that this is more of a convenience issue and should be a low bug.
