Move logo-linking from Procfile to post-compile hook #36

Because that's the right place for such things

Procfile is at the root of the project, and now creates a folder and a link before running the web server.

These belong in bin/post-compile instead

Solved in 301bea9be8df6baec7 which was pushed as part of #41
