Adding WhatsApp logo at footer that points to the ride sharing group.

Not a Django dev, can't run the site to verity.

I think I'd prefer that link to appear in a different location (this makes it seem like another way to "contact us") - see discussion in #site channel

Merged in master without the actual link per @AmitAronovitch comment, this will be used by #73
