Get the bot to say when it failed adding/removing new account due to it already/not connected #5

Trying to add an account that's already connected or removing an account that's not connected, doesn't say that it didn't manage to do so, but say it removed/added successfully

Go to a channel that you have moderation rights on the bot for Write "!9kmmrbot addacc 1" twice, and then "!9kmmrbot delacc 1" twice, The bot will respond with "... successfully added 1..." twice and "... successfully removed 1 from ..."

The bot should return "Account number already connected" or "Account number not connected"
