!np command gives incorrect color order during pick phase. #68

During hero-pick phase, using the notable players command does not match players correctly with their colour in game.

For example, here Chaddoto is the pink player, but !np prints he is yellow during pick phase. This was an Immortal ranked match (with the new player drafting) in patch 7.33.

Thanks for letting me know! Hot fixed it to not put colors for immortal average mmr games, not sure if there'll be a good way to show it
