Birth dates aren't being calculated consistently #6

The main website says a certain tulpa will be turning 5 soon, but their birthday is 4 years from tomorrow. The calculation is done correctly in the "All Tulpas" section, but isn't accurate for the "Imminent Birthdays" section.

Nice catch! I haven't been working on this for years, but I migrating server this month so I can give it a peek and see what's wrong with it!
