The new .dll files are required because we are using CUDA 9.0. Unfortunately GitHub has a limit on the size of the files I can upload, the dll files are included in CUDA toolkit 9.0 which can be downloaded from here https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-toolkit-archive. Let me know how you go with this.
