There seems to be a mismatching between the GOs and the Descriptions of the results. This might be an issue with how the terms are being extracted with my own code, where I strip the blastp results to only a singular top result, and then continue the downstream work. Will need to check:
In the raw blastp results (or the top 10 hits results), check that the descriptions are arritbuted to the correct GOs
If the GOs and descriptions are correct on that step, then check the next step of data prep, and troubleshoot how the code is extracting the data exactly.
