MouseFollowsFocus: Move mouse when a window warps #242

If a window is moved far enough that the mouse is no longer under it, and the user is not using the mouse, move the mouse. If another spoon moves a window to another monitor, for example, then the mouse is moved also.

Also, fix use of a deprecated API.
