`hs.chooser` gets stuck if visible on reload #3687

If hs.chooser window is visible on screen and HS is reloaded, the chooser window remains stuck on screen. Only way to remove it is to quit HS.

Ideally, on hs.reload, all such processes should automatically terminate.
