Configurable location for Spoons directory #3715

The init.lua file's location can be configured using the MJConfigFile variable.

defaults write org.hammerspoon.Hammerspoon MJConfigFile "~/.config/hammerspoon/init.lua"

I'd like like to request configurability for the Spoons directory too.
