If you are talking about the autotracker version of this pack, then I can't help you because that is not made or supported by me. But not sure how the tracker would mark the key wrong, since keys are user input entirely.
Recent seed, full keysanity on, found a water temple small in Spirit Temple, it tracked for Spirit instead of Water.
