Unknown/random settings mode #91

It would be great if a mode for random settings (also known as rando rando) could be added, where no assumptions are made about the values of any of the settings.

The only assumption that is being made is no ER for the regular tracker. Everything else can be customized in the small cogwheel next to the header Items.
