add in Nuclear Decommissioning Waste Container One of the main features of this nuclear waste container is the ability to directly store nuclear waste drums inside the container, which will then serve as a 4-drum overpack which then would allow player to store drums more safely when they start to get more waste as they progress in the mod over time

when built it would take up a 2x2 area and would allow a player to then put 4 nuclear waste drums inside which then would let the player store large amounts of waste safely

crafting recipe could be 10 steel sheets 4 rubber 4 lead sheets and 5 insulators
