Break packs do not use fuel when using power armour. I crafted a break pack filled it with 4800mb of kerosene and when I use it the fuel counter goes down but then one second later it goes right back up to 4800. Does not happen when not using power armour

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Use a break pack in the attachment slot of t45 power armour
