mangadex: cloudflare is blocking requests without user agent #68

Currently all mangadex requests fail with these error messages:

    <div class="cf-alert cf-alert-error cf-cookie-error" id="cookie-alert" data-translate="enable_cookies">Please enable cookies.</div>
          <span class="cf-error-code">1020</span>

Adding any user-agent header fixes it. Cookies don't seem to be actually be required.
