Apply Kordamp plugins to build.
Format license headers
Move build to Gradle 6.3

Actions: Publish all JARs and POMs to a local directory: gradlew publish Enrich JAR manifest: gradlew -Prelease=true <command> Look at configuration settings: gradlew effectiveSettings Additional tasks in "Insight" group: gradlew tasks --group="Insight"
