Save also the position of the nodes when saving settings #59

Additional context My use case is to organize my notes in a hierarchical structure, like decision trees.

thx for trying out the plugin. Can you put the rationale of you would want to save the position, it would help me prioritize.

I am managing 8 plugins at the same time so I need to use my time well.

I talk with some people and so people do give me a good use case for this. I will definitely check this out
