Add comparison results of Open3DIS #1

I recently came across your paper and was impressed by the promising work it presents! I noticed that your study cites SAI3D within the context of OV-3DIS methods. It's important to note that both SAI3D and Open3DIS were developed concurrently and have been accepted at CVPR'24. Additionally, Open3DIS's 2D branch also addresses OV-3DIS.
