Wrong Frame Rate & Lost Tags #3040

Frame Rate is in the hundreds. Video Genre and Release Data are dropped in new mp4.

Source metadata is not preserved in the encode.

Which "frame rate"? Encoding frame rate, playback frame rate, ??? Handbrake does not insert frame rate metadata in the output.

I think I'm possibly seeing the same issue as the OP, based on his 'Frame rate is in the hundreds' comment.

I have two identical machines (AMD Ryzen 5 1600 / Radeon 6450 GPU's so all encoding is processor based.

After upgrading Nightly to (I think) any July 2020 build on one machine and then attempting to use it to compress an MKV file produced by MakeMKV from x264 to x265 I'm seeing an AVG Frame rate during encoding of around 164 - usually it'd be more like 15...the resulting output appears to contain no video content at all - just black. The audio is fine.

The other machine still has version "Nightly 20200630202524-c3e2d6b5d-master" and works as expected.
