This was fixed under f5f286bab026d8994978c13ebc9bbd71d72c8131 a few days ago and will be available in the next release.
Workaround: If you click on/off the queue job, or change the log file on the log window, it should refresh correctly.

Problem Description
After an encode is completed, attempting to access the log content via the Activity Log tab on the Queue window consistently returns an error. There is not a non-HB process accessing the log file.
