Windows support ? #47

Hello, Any chance for Windows support ? (with wsl maybe)

We'll be looking into Windows once we get most of these Akash RPC issues wrapped up. I'm doubting wsl is going to stick mainly because we need disk access for Sia, docker for DVPN and all kinds of network/kubernetes access for Akash, so likely we'll be looking at porting to native Windows when we get to it. Not an easy task but also not a super hard task either.
