Cannot delete achivements #40

Foundry Version 10 Build: 284 Simple World-Building: 0.7.1

[bug 1] After installation lot of icons are missing [bug 2] After clicking "DELETE ACHIEVEMENT" as GM nothing is happening and achievement is still visible/usable.
