Visual issue with Greyscale Unowned Achievements #62

Module Version: v11.0

Describe the bug When the setting "Greyscale Unowned Achievements" is enabled, the unowned achievements turn to full color when hovered.

To Reproduce Enable the Grewscale Unowned Achievements settings. Open the achievements panel. Hover greyscale achievements.

Expected behavior Unowned achievements should remain in greyscale until unlocked.

Foundry Version: 11

Additional context Tested using default "Simple World-Building" system with no other modules installed.
