Players can't see the effect, but GM does #8

As a GM i'm seeing the blood overlay and hearing the heartbeat sound effect. But, none of my players are seeing or hearing the sound effects.

  1. They have the "enabled for this user" option checked
  2. Their tokens are capable of having the heartbeat, because when in the DM account, their tokens have the effect. But in the players account, they don't have the effect. Just curious if anyone has found a fix for this yet or workaround?
