Allow users to create collections of plugins #268

Allow users to create collections of plugins with their own pages on Hangar. These collections could be used for various purposes, such as:

Not only would this make it easier to link to a plugin suite, but it would also encourage other communities to sign up and post their curated plugin lists on Hangar itself (as opposed to on random forums/websites/GH repos/subreddits).

This could also be extended by allowing plugin authors to add a banner to their plugin pages to help users discover collections/suites/etc.

Hmm ok. I think this could work. Would be a whole new type of project. Probably restricted to users with 2 or more approved projects.

I think this should be before initial release to attract those plugin suites as you put it.
