Add better support for uploading ZIP files to Hangar.

What this should do:

• Go though jar files in zip and match them with a platform or list of platforms
• Extract the various jars so each can be downloaded individually
• Add platform selection when user clicks to download the version.

I've also seen people upload extra assets, or even text files with additional instructions into zip files, tho that's a bit of a non-issue imo, since assets should go into the resource/plugin folder, and text on the page itself... but I would expect some people thinking you can do that, so it should be made clear what the zip file upload does and does not do.

Would there be a possibility of supporting "platforms" or standalone jars by using this system? I would love to provide standalone jars or special versions for different cloud systems via the link and a button or selection of some sort instead. This would help people who don't read the instructions...

additional platforms (other than paper, velocity and waterfall) is unrelated to this issue
