provision-Debian.yml execution errors out if eth_hw_mac/eth_spoof_mac are provided and wifi_hw_mac/wifi_spoof_mac are not.

At the same time, the [Matching] can be hard coded for the known drivers used by Raspberry Pis rather than having to know the MAC.
