Command line invocation of SlimTune #59

Not a bug, instead a feature request.

I'd like to be able to invoke SlimTune and profile an application from the 
command line (actually from Visual Studio's External Tools menu). However 
SlimTune doesn't seem to recognize any command line parameters I give it. Can 
you add the ability to load and profile an application from the command line, 
please?
