Support for dockerized TeX Live #3157

With dockerized MikTeX (miktex/miktex) already being supported, its docker container sadly outdated, and the WSL installation of TeX Live still being somewhat cumbersome and inconvenient, it would be a great productivity enhancement to support a dockerized TeX Live (texlive/texlive) setup.

Requirements:

[x] Support of dockerized TeX Live as a LaTeX distribution
[x] Generic TeX Live support to be able to use derivative containers

Are there plans for adding such a feature?
