Should remove backslash escape characters #19

The ICS files from eastcoast.co.uk contain \, to escape the commas. Assuming 
that this is a correct use of the ICS format, the backslash should be removed 
when importing into the Windows Phone calendar.

The import is successful, but the backslashes are included in the appointment 
description and notes.

I'm having the same issue, with a comma (,) as well as with semicolons (;).  
It's annoying.
