Not operating after Microsoft calendar update on 6/30. using 8.1 #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.download .ics
2.click downloaded .ics
3.

Do you see a message box reporting the error? What does it say? None, when 
opening downloaded .ics phone just goes back 

What version of the product are you using? O.98

Provide any additional information below.

Most importantly, please provide the ICS file.  Here are a couple of
recommendations.

1) download it on your computer and add a new comment including the file
or
2) on your phone, submit this issue then forward the email which has the
file to winphone.issues at gmai.  Remember to add a link to the issue in
that forwarded email.
