I have a talk about Tether [1] and Tingler [2] (DOM annotations and overlays) in preparation. Tentatively for the next meetup in October. I'll submit a PR when the talk is prepared.

Update: I nearly finished the first half of the slides. The talk will contain interactive examples of Tether (which is the base library for Tingler) within an HTML5 presentation. It will be more intuitive than Tether's current reference guide (I have no idea, why they focused so much on parent viewports in this guide).

Here is a screenshot with examples of Tether's basic concepts (1) and initial use-cases (2). The second half is about Tingler, which will feature more sophisticated use-cases.
