Cyberpunk 2077 freeze and crash with xid 69 using VKD3D newer than v2.6. #1869

i made a thread on nvidia forums thinking it was a hardware problem but after tweaking the settings it didn't crash when using VKD3D v2.6 or older.

game crashes in the intro when FSR is turned on
game crashes instantly when i start a streetkid save
game crashes after moving a bit in a corpo save

the crash gets delayed for a few more seconds if i turn glcache off.

System information

GPU: Nvidia zotac 1070ti
Driver: 545.29.06 dkms
Wine version: every version
VKD3D-Proton version: anything newer than 2.6
