Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy: some surfaces are glitchy #1943

Some surfaces in the game show glitchy squares when looked at. Some examples of surfaces that exhibit the problem are in Knowhere (Chapters 6 and 12) or Fin Fang Foom's neck (Chapter 13). Photo in Chapter 6: Screenshot_20240314_233152

Software information

Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. (Epic Games Store) Settings don't change anything, except resolution (the issue is less noticeable at lower resolutions). It seems that changing resolutions at runtime does something? (e.g. Resizing the window in windowed mode)

Reproduction

~Unfortunately, I completed the game, and I can't save from chapter select, so the quickest way is:~ EDIT: I just found out that there's a secret combination to save anyway... Take this save file, extract it (note that this is the EGS version: in my case I'd drop this in AppData/Roaming, but check PCGW), load save slot 2, and look to the right.

It seems that some glitches in this game are also present in Windows, have you crosschecked?

I don't have a Windows PC, so I can't crosscheck.
