Ck Editor and selected block menu not always visible #133

Hello,

The CKEditor and the selected block menu (the blue copy, drag and delete icons) are not always visible. It seems to only appear for elements visible on the viewport when it was first loaded. When I scrolll down the pagee and select an element or a block. the menu and CK editor aren't visible.

How can i workaround this please?
