Visual Studio project files slightly out of date #11

Basically when I tried building ni_packer using Visual Studio 22 I got some errors because the project files contained a ..\..\ni_packer path instead ..\..\ni_pack. Opening the .vcproj files and find/replacing to ..\..\ni_pack made everything compile.

😊 Whoops. Looks like I didn't sing the correct github supplication hymn (push latest local dev) when I was over at Hans' place. Alas, redo:

Should work now. (Fingers crossed) Tested on local MSVC2022 install, running Rebuild All.
