Parse outboundCensorID as event ID as well. #9

This change allows events where the user is a censor to be properly added to the calendar. Without this, LecToCal throws a IdNotFoundInLinkError whenever it encounters these events and will then stop parsing the rest of the calendar.

The new version has been pushed.

It's given me an opportunity to tinker around with the release system a bit more. I think it's time to start looking into automating some of the steps - a side effect of that would be that I can give you release access as well @Sobuno if you are interested.
