Summary

Per https://github.com/HanseltimeIndustries/template-repo-sync/issues/9, this adds the ability for the repo to checkout the appropriate template branch. This will be released first and then will be updated in the github action for template-repo-sync-action: https://github.com/HanseltimeIndustries/template-repo-sync-action/pull/216

Summary of changes:

Adds test remote repo for use in testing git remotes
Adds testing the the git checkout driver
Adds a Checkout Driver interface and git checkout driver
Updates the Clone Driver interface to return the remoteName in addition to it's repo location
Marks "returning just a string from clone driver" as deprecated
Calls checkout if a branch is supplied.
