Download (Provide Other Download Formats) #24

It would be nice for users to be able to download reviews. Maybe we can offer the option of downloading full texts in different formats (Word, PDF, Notes) as part of the individual reviews?

Addition: besides Word, PDF, and Notes, an option to download the XML file itself would be welcome.

Cudos on the XML/TEI download. Let's look into other formats (Word, PDF, and Pages [not Notes, my mistake, I don't use Apple]) at a later date.
