1 year ago I think the input should be the expression matrix of two group of cells interested (such as pre and after treatment cells), and the algorithm is designed to uncover the dynamic change caused by the change of situation (treatment) while eliminating the influence of uninterested factors (noise, batch effect).
Dear Professor I am very interested in your great algorithm but I am very confused about what kind of file should be input in this scSTAR when I have the 10x output file. Yours sincerely.
