Some problem when turn off the "TPIK" and turn on "All Flahlights"

Hello,developers of arc9! First,sorry for my bad english,I will express my problem as much as possible.

When turn off all TPIK stuff The weapon's wordmodel pos and ang is not working? [ Player A and B were all turn off the all of TPIK stuff ] Player A's cam:https://sm.ms/image/p9SBPJXDOZAjvfQ

I was use the arc9 for the server, cuz the visual recoil is great. I really want use the tpik ,but some player model will break the tpik.so i stop using it. When I take the picture,I was using the new version arc9 release on 23.10.28. (Cuz the old one i was edited and i really don't know the date of it)

I was found and older version, maybe near may?The other players wep's worldmodel pos is normal
